Terms & Conditions – Artist Agreement

By submitting artwork to TSB Gallery, 

the Artist agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Artist affirms they are at least 18 years of age and the sole creator and copyright holder of all submitted work. The Artist guarantees that the work does not infringe upon any third-party rights. 
2. Submission to any open call or exhibition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as all guidelines outlined in the specific call for entry. 
3. Applications are considered final upon submission. Previously exhibited work at TSB Gallery should not be resubmitted, and prior acceptance does not guarantee future selection. 
4. All selections are made based on submitted materials. Decisions by jurors and curators are final and not subject to review or feedback. TSB Gallery reserves the right to withhold awards at its discretion. 
5. All submission and participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 
6. TSB Gallery is not liable for technical issues, system failures, or events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters or      disruptions affecting submission, review, or notification processes. 
7. Artists retain full ownership of their work. By submitting, the Artist grants TSB Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images of the      artwork, along with the Artist’s name and details, for promotional, marketing, publication, and archival purposes across all media, including      digital and print. The Artist also consents to the Gallery photographing submitted work for these purposes.
